Tim has over 20 years of leadership experience in the IT services industry in sales, service delivery and service support roles. He has served as Client Executive for customer engagements including those within the healthcare, manufacturing and publishing industries. Tim has led multiple enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations and served in technical and business consulting roles, working to enable customers to advance in their markets. Tim recently held responsibility for the Service Management organization supporting Dell and Perot Systems’ customers globally, including all information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) processes. Tim’s teams were responsible for driving efficiency and quality through metrics and leadership, across all technical disciplines. Notable results included reducing annual incident counts by fifteen percent, as well as annual improvement in various performance metrics, including incident aging, request aging, restoration, change accuracy, expedited changes, problem aging and recurring incidents.
Tim earned a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a master of business administration degree from West Texas A&M University.
