Plano, TX – Monday, February 2, 2015 – GuideIT, a Plano-based provider of technology optimization services, today announced that the Perot family has increased their investment in the company to become its largest shareholder. GuideIT, newly branded as A Perot Company, welcomes Ross Perot, Jr. as a member of the board.
