Taylor has extensive experience managing delivery of large and complex Service Desks in both dedicated and leveraged environments. Prior to GuideIT, Taylor worked for Dell Services and managed delivery of a near-shore Service Desk for one of the largest healthcare systems in the country with a focus in continual service improvement activities to drive down delivery costs and increase customer value. Taylor provides operational leadership to GuideIT’s Service Desk, managing adherence to service levels and has a strategic focus in the continued evolution of our Service Desk offering.
Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science, majoring in Information, Communication, and Technology, from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Taylor also holds an ITIL Foundation Level certification. Career achievements include nomination for Help Desk Institute (HDI) Analyst of the Year, and Silver Award for outstanding positive fiscal impact at Dell Services in 2015.
