Dental Insurance Provider Engages GuideIT for Acquisition Integration Planning

August 23, 2018 – Plano, TX – GuideIT today announced that it has signed a business consulting contract with one of the premier providers of dental insurance in the country.

Following an acquisition that continues to build upon prevention-focused health approaches and expands its reach into rural communities, the dental insurance provider launched a technology assessment and integration program.  GuideIT was selected because of the two companies’ multi-year relationship spanning consulting and managed services, solutions that drive acquisition benefits, and the ability to rapidly mobilize a team of specialists.
