May 4, 2020 – Plano, TX – A large skilled nursing facilities provider with facilities in Texas and Louisiana and GuideIT today announced the signing of a contract renewal for continued Service Desk support and Security Management Solutions.
Functioning as the skilled nursing facilities providers strategic IT partner, GuideIT will continue to provide Service Desk support for level 1 user resolution and also enhance user satisfaction by adding level 2 support for problem management to caregivers throughout the organization. Included as part of the extended partnership, GuideIT will deploy and operate Endpoint Protection Security solutions across the enterprise to enhance a more secure work environment. These services will span all the nursing home providers IT and applications, along with desktop security for more than 1,700 devices. GuideIT began working with the skilled nursing facilities provider in 2017 when the two organizations entered into an agreement for service desk solutions.
